After several years in New York, in order to be able to re-focus my full attention on my painting, I enrolled in the Victorian College of The Arts, Post-Graduate Program, in 1984.
I lived within walking distance of the college. Walking through the city park inspired this painting. It was was also based on a story told to me by sculptor Tim Jones, who posed for this work.
